職責

Provide one-stop service for health assessment booking
Provide hospital package plan to our clients
Provide escort service to client within hospital
Maintain effective communication with appropriate personnel to ensure information is well conveyed
Perform clerical duties

職位要求

DSE graduate or equivalent
Relevant working experience in hospital or clinic is preferred
Able to speak fluent Cantonese & English is essential. Knowledge of other language is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good customer service
Good communication skill
