IT Support Technician (Full-time)

職責
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries via phone, email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software (Microsoft products and hospital systems), and network connectivity. 
  • Assist users with password resets, software installations, and system access requests. 
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles for common technical problems. 
  • Set up and configure workstations, printers, other IT equipment and mobile phone.
  • Assist in new employees by setting up user accounts and IT resources.
  • Manage IT assets, including tracking computer equipment allocation, usage, and retirement processes.
  • Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Advance duties

  • Provide regular training sessions to hospital staff on various software & IT systems
  • Root causes finding of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams when necessary. 
職位要求
  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Shift duties and Non-office hour IT support duties is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written form.
  • Manage job calendars and flows to ensure timely completion.
