Establish and maintain good relationship with Japanese patients and their families, greetings with medical escort is needed.
Provide excellent customer service, and establishes good relationship and trust with hospital stakeholders, i.e. patients, doctors and other hospital colleagues.
Maintain a positive attitude and friendly personality in all our interactions with patients, visitors, doctors, colleagues and the public in general.
Assist to lead and support tour for Japanese clients.
Assists and support events / important meetings.
Assists in clerical duties, reports and other paper work as assigned.
职位要求
Diploma holder in Hospitality, Tourism Management or related disciplines
Experience in dealing with clients in a multi-cultural environment, pervious experience with acute-care / health care facility / direct nursing care is highly preferred
Being compassionate to patients, friendly, proactively offer assistance and guest oriented
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Japanese will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills and team player
Multi-tasking and good time-management is required
