Patient Service Representative (Full-time) Health Assessment Center
- Provide one-stop service for health assessment booking
- Provide hospital package plan to our clients
- Provide escort service to client within hospital
- Maintain effective communication with appropriate personnel to ensure information is well conveyed
- Perform clerical duties
- DSE graduate or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in hospital or clinic is preferred
- Able to speak fluent Cantonese & English is essential. Knowledge of other language is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good customer service
- Good communication skill
