- Family medicine involves comprehensive health management, where specialists formulate the appropriate treatment plans for patients according to their clinical condition. Our doctors also target whole-person healing by providing preventive care and recommendations on how to develop a healthy lifestyle.
- Triage station located at main entrance to facilitate FTOCC (fever, travel, occupation, contact and clustering) screening. If needed, patients are directed to a designated location for further follow-up and/or testing in accordance with the doctor’s instructions.
- Full services offered on Sundays.
- Advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities allow doctors to receive prompt lab results.
- Multifunctional treatment rooms are equipped with oxygen concentrators, sputum aspirators, heart monitors, cardiopulmonary resuscitators, and other equipment to minimize the need to transport patients to other areas for treatment.
- The out-patient department, pharmacy, registration, and waiting area are all located on the ground floor for added convenience and comfort.

- To make an appointment, feel free to call or book through our website or app.
- For patients with chronic conditions, medical staff will, depending on their clinical needs, arrange their next appointment with them directly. Patients are not required to make an appointment separately.
- Please bring your identification documents for registration purposes.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel it at your earliest convenience.
- If a typhoon signal no.8 or above is hoisted, out-patient services will be suspended. Services will resume about two to three hours after the signal is downgraded.
