Marketing Executive (Full-time)

Duties
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, EDM, Google Ads and other online advertising to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and traffic to the website.
  • Conduct regular reporting and performance tracking; evaluate campaign effectiveness using metrics such as conversions and ROI.
  • Perform market research and create engaging content for internal communications, emails, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage daily operations of social media platforms and develop strategies to enhance audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and developing advertising campaigns across various marketing channels and social media.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies, projects, and events.
  • Assist in organizing events, seminars, and webinars.
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirement
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in agency settings or sectors such as medical, media, insurance, or FMCG.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing practices, social media management, SEO/SEM campaigns, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure while being a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available is preferred
