Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, EDM, Google Ads and other online advertising to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and traffic to the website.
Conduct regular reporting and performance tracking; evaluate campaign effectiveness using metrics such as conversions and ROI.
Perform market research and create engaging content for internal communications, emails, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Manage daily operations of social media platforms and develop strategies to enhance audience engagement.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Assist in planning and developing advertising campaigns across various marketing channels and social media.
Support the implementation of marketing strategies, projects, and events.
Assist in organizing events, seminars, and webinars.
Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirement
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in agency settings or sectors such as medical, media, insurance, or FMCG.
Strong experience in digital marketing practices, social media management, SEO/SEM campaigns, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure while being a collaborative team player.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
