IT Support Technician (Full-time)
Information Systems & Technology
Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries via phone, email.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software (Microsoft products and hospital systems), and network connectivity.
Assist users with password resets, software installations, and system access requests.
Maintain and update knowledge base articles for common technical problems.
Set up and configure workstations, printers, other IT equipment and mobile phone.
Assist in new employees by setting up user accounts and IT resources.
Manage IT assets, including tracking computer equipment allocation, usage, and retirement processes.
Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Advance duties
Provide regular training sessions to hospital staff on various software & IT systems
Root causes finding of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams when necessary.
Requirement
Higher Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome
Shift duties and Non-office hour IT support duties is required
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written form.
Manage job calendars and flows to ensure timely completion.
