Guest Relations Officer (Full time) [5-day work week]
- To ensure seamless coordination for VIP guests and patients, including hospital information, transportation, and other special requests
- To resolve problems arising from guests and attend inquiries with dispatch and report all guest comments, compliments, and suggestion to the manager.
- To provide car parking service for guests or visitors at the main entrance
- Actively shares with the guest about hospital services, meet and greet upon guests arrival.
- To assist manage a portfolio of VIP guests, offering personalized service, building lasting relationships, and optimizing the patient experience.
- To maintain guests services offered in the lobby, public areas meet the highest standards.
- Diploma holder in Hospitality, Tourism Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years or above of experience in five-stars hotel, Guest services or Hospital industry
- Being compassionate to patients, friendly, proactively offer assistance and guest oriented
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Multi-tasking and good time-management is required
- Immediately available is preferred
