• Designated Family Medicine / General Practitioner
  • Detailed Medical History and Physical Examination
• Managed by Nurse
  • Blood Pressure Test
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) Measurement and Analysis
  • Visual Acuity
• Diagnostic Imaging
  • Upper abdominal (Gall Bladder, Liver, Kidney, Pancreas, Spleen) Ultrasound
• Laboratory Tests
  • Liver Function Tests (Total Biliburin, Direct Biliburin, SGOT (AST), SGPT (ALT), Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP), GGTP, Total Protein, Albumin, Globulin, A/G Ratio)
  • Renal Function Tests (BUN, Creatinine, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride)
  • Urine Routine Examination
• Report explanation by Family Medicine/ General Practitioner by Phone
