Comprehensive Breast Health Check-Up

Program Details:

1. 3D Mammogram
2. Breast Ultrasound
3. Medical history, examination, report explanation by designated GP
4. Physical Assessment Questionnaire
5. Nurse Consultation

Patient who choose this plan only need to pay an additional HK$600 to receive a Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA).

Terms  & Conditions

1. The promotion period is from now to December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive).
2. Participants have to complete the plan on or before January 31, 2025.
3. The program is only applicable during the health assessment center’s office hours at the hospital.
4. The first consultation with the General Practitioner (GP) will be conducted in person, while the second consultation will be conducted over the phone.
5. Pregnant women are not recommended to undergo a mammogram.
6. Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) and breast health check-up have to be done on the same day.
7. According to Centre for Health Protection, it is recommended to have regular mammogram for women over 40.
8. Hong Kong Adventist Hospital-Stubbs Road reserves the right to make alterations to the price list and the services offered without prior notice.
