Terms & Conditions:

1. The offer is valid until 31 December 2024.
2. The program is only applicable during the health assessment center’s office hours at the hospital.
3. Two consultations with the geriatric specialist will be conducted in person.
4. Appointments are required. To make or cancel an appointment, please contact our staff at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Extra charges may be incurred if medication, additional examinations, or laboratory tests that are not included in the package are required. For details, please contact our staff.
6. Hong Kong Adventist Hospital - Stubbs Road (HKAH-SR) reserves the right to amend any of the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, HKAH-SR reserves the right of final decision.
