Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer is valid until 31 December 2025.
2. Appointments are required. To make or cancel an appointment, please contact our staff at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Extra charges may be incurred if medication, additional examinations, or laboratory tests that are not included in the package are required. For details, please contact our staff.
