Patient Service Representative (Full-time) Health Assessment Center

Nursing Administration
Duties
  • Provide one-stop service for health assessment booking
  • Provide hospital package plan to our clients
  • Provide escort service to client within hospital
  • Maintain effective communication with appropriate personnel to ensure information is well conveyed
  • Perform clerical duties
Requirement
  • DSE graduate or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience in hospital or clinic is preferred
  • Able to speak fluent Cantonese & English is essential. Knowledge of other language is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good customer service
  • Good communication skill
