Housekeeping Officer (Full-time) - 5 day work week

Duties
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and task assignments.
  • Conduct quality control checking to ensure all rooms, common areas and all offices are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
  • Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control measures.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and implement best practices.
  • Shift duties may be required to ensure staff maintains the standards.
Requirement
  • DSE or above
  • Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related discipline is preferable
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures is an advantage
