Customer Service Representative (Full-time) - Adventist Medical Center
- Perform general reception duties including cashier and billing handling, coordinate and communicate with visitors
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facilities maintenance service, procures supplied and/or equipment
- Handle various clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain and update record
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments
- High School Diploma or above
- Work experience in customer service and clerical support is preferable
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word Processing
- Proficient in both spoken and written English & Cantonese, good command in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong administration and time management skills
- Detail oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated to be able to work independently and as part of a team
