Provide leadership in developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies for Hong Kong, China and international markets with hospital’s strategic plan
Act as effective communicator in managing relationships and disseminating corporate messages to internal and external audiences
Lead public affairs strategies, focusing on corporate reputation management and media relations
Conduct research and analyze market conditions and competitor data to adapt strategies as needed
Oversee the development and management of the hospital’s Patient Loyalty Program, featuring value-added service networks
Execute and monitor corporate social responsibility projects
Manage budget for business development and marketing activities, report on marketing and business performance
Collaborate with team members to support ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirement
Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in marketing or business development related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, medical healthcare, insurance or related industries.
Familiar with corporate social responsibility practices and sustainability reporting
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
Strong analytical and organizational skills with business and marketing sense
Goal-oriented, creative aggressive, flexible and responsive to change
Ability to work independently and multi-tasks management
